I forgot to mention The Subtle Knife by Philip Pullman... the second story in the Dark Materials. I finished this one and I'm hooked! I am sort of confused on who the "bad" side really is. I hope it isn't just me... that he meant to do this. I am enjoying this series... I'm in the first quarter of the last book... The Amber Spyglass. It's all coming together at last. I can't wait to find out what happens in the end!
The Barnes and Noble online bookclub class/group started today on the Dark Material Series... but I can't log on for some reason! Frustrating. I think its the server that Barnes and Noble is using because I tried on two different computers. I will try again later.
