OK... I totally dropped my writing life to read three books by Meredith Duran. The Duke of Shadows, Bound by Your Touch, and Written on Your Skin. All of them great reads!! Thanks Janie for the recommendation!!! I will definitely watch out for her upcoming books!
I'm not sure how to describe it other than she writes smart and thought provoking romances. The character flaws/demons are well developed. Believable. AND her stories all have a touch of mystery. I LOVE that!!! You find out the who dun it at the end. I started reading a book on writing historical mysteries and put it down. I'm going to have to pick that up because the added mystery really does make her romances a satisfying read.
