Last night, I TRIED to upgrade my internet service... but while I was installing the new modem that was sent... things got complicated ;) I was on the phone with my internet provider for over 3 hours last night. It still isn't resolved... bottom line I can only get online using the computer that has no firewall or virus software installed. The Geek Squad is coming to save the day but they cannot come until Friday. Since I'm all over the internet, I am going to limit my time on the internet this week to do Christmas things instead... baking, cleaning house for holiday parties... things I need to anyway.
So I am officially offline until Friday unless The Geek Squad gets a cancellation so they can come to my house earlier
